In short, everyone sees only what he/she can see. Thus, we cannot see the reality so that we fail. In order to see the reality, we have to have thoughtful disagreement with others. The world is not black and white. Then, we can see coloured world, the reality and the truth. Eventually, we succeed on our own ways.
