I am a licensed acupuncturist and a health communicator as a medical translator and an aspiring medical writer. In addition, I have been an organizer of Death Café Sendai in my hometown since 2015, a certified advanced grief counselor, a member of a cancer peer network, a certified death doula (on hiatus now), and a Willow EOL educator. I have also studied Applied Linguistics in MA and Linguistics in BA. A language is an important tool for communication.
I hope, with my linguistic knowledge and health care knowledge, I can be of help to increase people’s awareness of death, dying, grief and life so that they can live their lives fully.
