ABOUT ME
I'm a healthcare educator, medical writer, translator, therapist, and Advanced Grief Care Advisor based in Sendai, Japan. My work integrates healthcare, education, communication, and compassionate care to support healthcare professionals, patients, and the wider community.
WHAT I'VE DONE
Throughout my career, I have worked in education, healthcare, research, and communication in both Japan and the United States. My experience includes university teaching, technical and medical translation, healthcare communication, Continuing Medical Education (CME), acupuncture and lymphedema therapy, and grief support. I continue to combine these experiences to promote learning, well-being, and patient-centered care.
WHAT I DO
I provide medical writing, CME educational planning, medical and technical translation, healthcare communication education, English and Japanese language instruction, acupuncture, lymphedema therapy, and online grief support. Whether developing educational resources, providing therapy, or supporting individuals through grief, my goal is to improve health, communication, and quality of life through evidence-based practice and compassionate care.
