BACKGROUD:

I have been trained as a Japanese Language Instructor by Exchange Japan program at Bryn Mawr College in 1994 and have taught the Japanese language at Carthage College and taught Japanese as a  Japanese program coordinator at the University of Missouri.

After coming back to Japan, I have been teaching Japanese at a private language school and as a private tutor. I have obtained MA in Education at Carthage College in 1996 and MA in Applied Linguistics at the University of Birmingham in 2013. I've earned 140-hour TESOL certificate course in 2020 and a PhD in Dental Science at Tohoku University in 2024.
